Our group represents companies and other employers regarding the full spectrum of employment issues. The Employment and Labor practice group at Trive Legal Service is one of the largest groups representing employers in their employment and labor issues. We help clients take a proactive approach to avoid litigation by drafting employment agreements and handbooks, providing training to management and employees, investigating employment issues, and offering advice and counsel regarding employment issues. However, if you do end up in a dispute, we have a team of attorneys who can defend lawsuits and defend charges and other administrative claims.
We also keep our clients educated about changes in the law. Our group has conducted an annual employment law seminar for more than 25 years. Additionally, our group members routinely speak on a variety of employment and labor topics.
